one, off the top of my head, which may be the only
"technical" one, is
Liberia, in western africa..


i say technical because i think although we didnt take
over other countries and claim them for our own, we
sure as hell had a major role in taking over other
countries and fucking them up just like all the other
colonial powers... they werent colonies... but we
still took them over and fucked them...
