I've got a theory.

My theory is that as soon as I write a new post, some bot picks up that a new post has been created and leaves an ad in my comments section. Shall we test this theory?

  • This is a excellent blog. Keep it going. I'm sure you'd be interested in How to buy & sell digital photo editing on interest free credit; pay whenever you want.

  • Just as I thought, you sons of bitches!

19 minutes is all it took for you to leave your spamming evil stain upon my fresh post.

Curse you. Curse you to the depths of hell.

    Love,

  • my god! two of them?

By Blogger Joseph, at Sat Sep 03, 06:45:00 PM EDT

  • that 2nd post is a carbon copy of the "computer part" one, only with a different thing to buy and sell, and pay whenever I want. You bastards can't even annoy me at anything more than half assed.

  • So sorry about your spammers, but your theory appears to have been correct. It gives the rest of us anonymous people a bad name, or lack thereof, I suppose. Have a nice night.

  • See the thing is, I'd turn off anonymous comments, but then you'd stop posting comments, whoever you are. So maybe if you got a blogger ID and let me know who you were, then I could save us all the spamming comments, and be rid of them.

But I don't want to do that, because you seem to consistantly post comments onmy site now. So I guess we'll all just have to suffer. :)

  • Suffering seems to be a bit too harsh of a word. If it's that bad, feel free to turn them off. If only a minor annoyance, a little scrolling will fix it :) Interesting that sometimes you can stumble upon something that just instantly intrigues you.

  • By the way, the wonderful thing about the "Anonymous" feature is just that, it's anonymity. Just some friendly words, and friendly thoughts, from unknown and completely objective origins to add to your day. In what is hopefully a pleasant manner. :)

  • Good lord, who are you?!

By Blogger Joseph, at Sun Sep 04, 01:43:00 AM EDT

  • its very pleasant, and im willing to suffer through all these stupid ads so that you keep leaving comments. did you just stumble onto my site, or do I know you? you knew jason, but is that because you read the site or because you really know us? please, it's driving me crazy!

not really crazy. i'd just like to know who you are.

By Blogger Joseph, at Sun Sep 04, 01:45:00 AM EDT

  • Actually, I did not know Jason. That was another anonymous person who knows you. As for me, I'm just someone who was lucky enough to stumble upon it. I apologize for driving you crazy. Although, you seem to keep as bad of hours as I do, so I see, so I must not be the only thing driving you crazy :)

  • True. You anonymous guys, I can't tell who is who. I'm on AIM if you wanna talk.

By Blogger Joseph, at Sun Sep 04, 02:01:00 AM EDT

  • AIM, one of the messengers I don't have. "Anonymous" is not necessarily a masculine trait, by the way. Don't be so quick to generalize, or to become frustrated. That was never the intention of me leaving a comment. It was not meant to compound the funk you seem to be experiencing. Rather to just let you know there are people who are interested in what you have to say.

By Anonymous Anonymous, at Sun Sep 04, 02:05:00 AM EDT

  • Appreciated.

Also, what was I generalizing? And what does anonymous have to do with masculinity? And are we getting into a masculine vs. feminine argument again?

You are not compunding any funk, I'm just intrigued, and we both seem to be up late. If you have MSN or Yahoo, I'm there too.

  • I mean windows messenger. not MSN.

By Blogger Joseph, at Sun Sep 04, 02:09:00 AM EDT

  • That gave me a chuckle. No, definitely no masculine vs. feminine debate. I simply made mention of that as you said, "You anonymous guys..". Just a statement, not baiting an argument. And I do have yahoo, by the way.

  • Guys = People
    You Guys = People
    You's Guys = More people
    You's Guys's = More people (possessive)

  • I couldn't sleep at all last night. It was at least 8:30am before I zonked out.

By Blogger Joseph, at Sun Sep 04, 05:32:00 PM EDT

  • Sorry that you couldn't sleep. Must be all the intrigue floating through your mind :) I'm happy to hear you did finally zonk out, however. I'll be on Yahoo later, I'm waiting for some family to show up right now. Fun times. By the way, I don't know Jason :)
