The Mile High City just got a little higher.
Citizens of Denver just passed a resolution making it legal for people over 21 to possess up to an ounce of marijuana within city limits.
That Morrisey guy is just angry and saying that they can still prosecute under state law, which I guess is true, but lame, because all they'll be able to do is fine the offender $100. Boo to you District Attorney Mitch Morrisey. The people of your city have spoken, and you still wish to deny them their pot because of a loophole that allows you to make money. You sir, are a jerk.

Why was a comment deleted? I smoke weed every night...well, like 5 nights a week...usually take Tues and Wed off. Way cheaper than drinking and faster too.
