I've got the worst sinus infection ever. I feel miserable. I need to go to the store and get some medication and some OJ. I couldn't sleep last night because I couldn't breathe.
List of things to do today:
1.) Take a shower
2.) Get medicine and orange juice
3.) Don't move for the rest of the day

You forgot: "Make List". Remember, set yourself up for success, if you can start by crossing the first thing off your list right away, then you are already a winner. I'm sorry you're sick, get better, k?
